Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RDMD Engineers and Consultants ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship that operates NewZonix, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use NewZonix.

Effective date: 26 September 2026 · Version: 2026-09-26

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

NewZonix is a software service that helps businesses create, store and publish content using automated and AI-based tools, and connect their own accounts on third-party platforms. NewZonix is operated by RDMD Engineers and Consultants.

This policy covers information about the people who register for and use NewZonix, and information our customers submit to it. When you put information about other people into NewZonix - for example photos of people, the phone numbers of people you message on WhatsApp, or contact details shown on a website you publish - you decide why that information is used, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any permission required to use it. We process it to provide the service to you.

Privacy laws differ between countries. This policy describes our practices; it does not claim that those practices satisfy every law in every jurisdiction. Rights you have under the law that applies to you are not reduced by this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, a password (which we store only as a one-way Argon2 hash, never in readable form), your name if you provide it, and a personal contact phone number if you add one to your profile.

Invitations. Where an account is created by invitation, we store the email address the invitation was sent to and whether the invitation has been used or has expired.

Business information you provide. Your business name and description, industry, contact email and phone number, billing country and region, and settings; and brand details such as brand name, tagline, colours, typography, tone of voice and logo.

Content you submit. Prompts and instructions you enter, and reference images you upload (PNG, JPEG or WEBP), including the original file name and size. Uploaded images may contain people, faces or other personal information - only upload material you are entitled to use.

Content generated for you. Generated images and logos, together with the inputs used to create them and which AI provider and model produced them, and the content of websites you build.

Published websites. If you publish a website built with NewZonix, the content you publish (which can include business contact details you entered) becomes publicly accessible at its public address.

Your AI provider credential. The AI features use an API key for an AI provider that you supply (currently OpenAI). We store it encrypted and use it only to check with that provider that it works when you save it, and to send your requests to that provider. See section 4.

Connected accounts. When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn profile or YouTube channel, we store the access tokens that platform issues (encrypted), identifiers and display names for the connected account, and records of publishing requests and their results.

WhatsApp. When you connect your WhatsApp Business account, we store its account identifier, phone number identifier, display phone number, verified business name, access token (encrypted), how it was connected and, if you register the number through NewZonix, when you did so (never the PIN). When people message your connected number, or a message you sent is delivered, read or fails, Meta notifies us; we store the message identifier, the type of message or the delivery status, its time, any error code and the other person's WhatsApp number - not the content of any message.

Payment and subscription information. The plan you buy, amounts, currency, tax, any promotion applied, your billing country and region, payment status, and the order and payment identifiers issued by our payment processor, Razorpay. Card and other payment instrument details are entered in Razorpay's checkout; we do not receive or store them.

Usage and audit records. Your subscription status, usage counts against your plan's limits, and records of significant account actions - for example connecting an account, sending a WhatsApp message, or deleting an account - kept for security and accountability. Our servers also keep operational logs; our logging is configured to redact designated password, token and secret fields.

Legal acceptance records. When you accept the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, we record which document and which version you accepted, and when. These records are kept as evidence of your acceptance and cannot be edited.

Advertisers and advertisement clicks. If you ask to advertise on the NewZonix website, we store the business and contact details, advertisement text and destination address you send, our review notes and the commercial terms and payment status agreed with you, and use them only to handle your request and run the campaign. When anyone clicks an advertisement, we add one to that advertisement's click count - nothing about who clicked is stored - and send them to the advertiser's website, which has its own privacy practices.

Information stored in your browser. When you sign in, the NewZonix web application stores your session tokens and email address in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Our servers keep a record of each sign-in session - containing a one-way fingerprint of the session token, not the token itself - so that sessions can be renewed, and ended when you sign out. The NewZonix application does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not set its own cookies. Third-party services we load (such as Razorpay's checkout) may use their own cookies under their own policies.

3. How we use information

  • to create and secure your account and authenticate you;
  • to provide the service, including generating content you request and storing it for you;
  • to publish content or send messages through connected platforms when you instruct us to;
  • to process payments, apply your plan's features and limits, and keep financial records;
  • to protect the service, investigate misuse and keep security and audit records;
  • to respond to your questions and requests; and
  • to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models of our own.

4. AI processing

NewZonix's AI features currently run using an AI provider credential that you supply (currently an OpenAI API key). We store that credential encrypted and use it only to check that it works when you save it and to send your requests. When you use an AI feature, the relevant inputs - your prompts and instructions, the business and brand details the feature uses, and any reference images you choose - are sent to that provider under your own account with it, and the provider returns the result.

How the AI provider handles and retains that data is governed by your own agreement with that provider, not by NewZonix. We do not control the provider's retention of your requests.

AI output is produced automatically. It can be inaccurate, and it can unintentionally contain names, faces, likenesses or other information you did not intend. Review generated content before you use or publish it. Do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or others in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary and you are entitled to use it.

5. Who we share information with

  • The AI provider whose credential you supply (currently OpenAI) - to generate content, under your own account with that provider (see section 4).
  • Razorpay - to process payments for your plan.
  • Our file storage provider - uploaded and generated files are kept in S3-compatible object storage.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers - which run the servers and databases for NewZonix.
  • Platforms you connect - Meta (Facebook, Instagram and the WhatsApp Business Platform), LinkedIn and Google (YouTube). We exchange information with these platforms only to connect your account and to carry out actions you request (see section 6).
  • Google Maps - if you add a location to a website you publish, the website may show an embedded Google Maps view. People who visit that website then interact with Google, which provides the map under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Authorities and others where required - where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect rights, safety or the service.

Each third party handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for how a platform you connect treats content you publish or messages you send there.

6. Connected platforms and WhatsApp

You connect each platform by signing in to it (for WhatsApp, through Meta's own onboarding screens, or by providing its credentials). Currently:

  • Facebook Pages - we can publish photo posts to a Page you connect, when you ask us to.
  • LinkedIn - we can publish text posts to your LinkedIn profile, when you ask us to.
  • Instagram and YouTube - you can connect an account, but publishing to these platforms is not currently available.
  • WhatsApp Business - you can send WhatsApp message templates approved by Meta from your own WhatsApp Business account. This is messaging, not publishing: when you send a message, the recipient's phone number, the template you choose and its contents are sent to Meta to deliver it. You are responsible for obtaining each recipient's permission to be contacted, as WhatsApp's own policies require.

Your connected accounts remain yours. When you disconnect an account in NewZonix, we delete the access tokens we stored for it; for LinkedIn and YouTube we also ask the platform to revoke our access, and for a WhatsApp account connected through Meta's onboarding we remove our app's subscription to it. You can also revoke NewZonix's access at any time from each platform's own account, app or business settings.

7. How we protect information

Security measures currently in place include:

  • passwords stored only as one-way Argon2 hashes;
  • access tokens for connected platforms and stored AI provider credentials encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are saved, and never returned to your browser;
  • database-level row security on the tables that hold customer account and content data, restricting each customer's records to that customer;
  • uploaded reference images and logos stored under customer-specific paths and made available through links that expire after 15 minutes;
  • role-based access controls, request rate limiting, and standard security headers on our API;
  • sign-in sessions that stop working immediately if an account is suspended or deleted; and
  • logging configured to redact designated password, token and secret fields.

No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will act as applicable law requires.

8. International processing

The service providers listed above may store or process information in countries other than the one you are in, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. How long we keep information

There are currently no fixed retention periods or automatic deletion schedules. We keep your information while your account exists.

You can ask us to delete your account (see our Data Deletion page). After your account is deleted, the following records may remain, pending a defined retention policy:

  • payment records;
  • subscription records;
  • audit records, including the record of the deletion itself;
  • an archived internal account record, which contains internal identifiers and account status but no profile or contact details;
  • records of which versions of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy were accepted, and when;
  • invitation records, which contain the email address an invitation was sent to.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can view and update your profile and business profile in the application. Other requests are handled by our team on request: contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.

11. Minimum age

NewZonix is a business service for people aged 18 or over. Do not use NewZonix if you are under 18, and do not submit personal information about children unless you are lawfully permitted to do so.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as NewZonix changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

13. Contact us

2. Terms & Conditions

Draft — subject to legal review before publication.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NewZonix, which is operated by RDMD Engineers and Consultants ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship. By creating an account or using NewZonix, you agree to these Terms. If you use NewZonix for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Effective date: 26 September 2026 · Version: 2026-09-26

1. The service

NewZonix provides software and automated technology, including AI-based tools, that lets you create, transform, generate and store content, build and publish websites, publish content or send messages through your own connected accounts on third-party platforms. The features available to you depend on your plan and on what NewZonix currently offers; features and limits may change as the service develops.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use NewZonix.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Our role and your responsibility for content

NewZonix is a tool. We do not independently author, select, endorse or decide the prompts and instructions you give, the materials you upload, the content generated from them, or whether and where that content is published or sent. Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you control those decisions, and you are responsible for:

  • your prompts, instructions and the intended purpose of your content;
  • the materials you upload, and having all rights, licences and permissions needed to use them;
  • obtaining any consent required from people who appear in, or whose information is contained in, your content;
  • reviewing generated content before you use, publish or send it;
  • deciding whether, where and how content is published, sent or distributed; and
  • complying with the laws that apply to you and with the rules of any platform you use.

This applies whether content was created as you intended or was generated unexpectedly or unintentionally by the automated system. Nothing in these Terms removes any obligation that applicable law places on us and that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. AI-generated content

  • Generated content is produced automatically by the AI provider whose credential you supply (currently OpenAI), under your own account with that provider. Your use of that provider is also governed by your own agreement with it.
  • Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to other people's content, or otherwise unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other users.
  • Generated content may unintentionally include names, faces, likenesses, logos, trademarks or other protected material. You must check that your intended use is lawful before using it.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content is original, accurate, lawful for your purpose, fit for a particular purpose, free of third-party rights, or capable of legal protection.

5. Intellectual property

Your content. You keep any rights you have in the materials you submit. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of content generated for you. Whether generated content is protected by copyright or other rights depends on the law where you are and the circumstances of its creation.

Permission you give us. You allow us to store, process, transmit and display your content, and to send it to our service providers, to the AI provider whose credential you supply, and to the platforms you choose, only as needed to provide and secure the service and to follow your instructions.

Our platform. NewZonix, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

6. Prohibited use and content

You must not use NewZonix to create, upload, publish or send content, or take any action, that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity, fraud or scams;
  • sexually exploits or endangers children, including any child sexual abuse material, or targets minors for harm;
  • is intimate or sexual imagery of any person without their consent;
  • impersonates any person or organisation, or uses someone's name, face, voice or likeness without permission, including deceptive "deepfake" content;
  • is designed to mislead, including false or misleading advertising, fake reviews or disinformation;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
  • violates anyone's privacy, or exposes personal information without a lawful basis;
  • harasses, threatens, bullies or abuses others, or promotes hatred or violence;
  • promotes or supports terrorism or violent extremism;
  • contains malware or is intended to compromise systems or steal credentials or identities;
  • involves a regulated activity (for example financial, medical, legal or gambling services) without meeting the requirements that apply to it;
  • sends unsolicited bulk or spam messages, or contacts people who have not agreed to be contacted;
  • breaks the rules of a platform you publish to or send messages through; or
  • attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to NewZonix, or to access another customer's data.

Where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law are being broken, we may refuse to carry out requests and may restrict or suspend your account, and we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities where required.

7. Publishing, messaging and connected platforms

Generating content, publishing it and distributing it are separate steps. Generating content does not publish it. Content is published, or a message is sent, only when you instruct us to. When you do, you are making the publication or sending decision and authorising us to carry out that technical instruction for you, subject to applicable law and the platform's rules. Currently:

  • Facebook Pages - photo posts can be published to a Page you connect.
  • LinkedIn - text posts can be published to your LinkedIn profile.
  • Instagram and YouTube - accounts can be connected, but publishing to them is not currently available.
  • WhatsApp Business - you can send Meta-approved message templates from your own WhatsApp Business account. You are responsible for obtaining recipients' permission to be contacted, using only templates approved by Meta, and complying with WhatsApp's business policies.

You connect your own accounts, and they remain yours. Your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, which you must follow. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that they will accept, keep, display or distribute your content or deliver your messages, or that they will keep providing access to their services.

You can revoke NewZonix's access at any time from each platform's own account, app or business settings.

8. Plans, payment and refunds

  • Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
  • Plans do not automatically renew, and you are not charged again unless you buy another plan. When a plan's period ends, its paid features stop.
  • Plan limits (for example, the number of generations) apply for the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or expressly approved by us. Any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected. (Proposed wording, subject to legal review.)

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NewZonix at any time and ask us to delete your account; deletion is carried out by our team on request (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

10. Security

We use the security measures described in our Privacy Policy. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit information you are not authorised to provide. If a security incident affects your information, we will act as applicable law requires.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, NewZonix is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of NewZonix, your content, or third-party platforms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NewZonix's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer to NewZonix for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. (Proposed wording, subject to legal review.)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

13. Your responsibility to us

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, generate, publish or send using NewZonix, or from your breach of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory laws. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from it. Mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live are not affected. (Proposed wording, subject to legal review.)

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as NewZonix changes. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to RDMD Engineers and Consultants at privacy@newzonix.com.

3. Data Deletion

Draft — subject to legal review before publication.

Data Deletion

How to ask RDMD Engineers and Consultants to delete your NewZonix account and data, what is deleted, and what may remain.

Effective date: 26 September 2026

1. How to request deletion

To delete your NewZonix account, email privacy@newzonix.com from the email address registered to your account, and include that email address in your message.

Account deletion is carried out manually by an administrator; there is no self-service button to delete your account. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that nobody else can delete your data. We will confirm when your request has been completed, within the time required by the law that applies to you.

2. What you can do yourself

  • Reference images. You can remove a reference image you uploaded. This removes it from your active account straight away, but does not immediately erase the stored file or its record; those are erased when your whole account is deleted.
  • Connected platforms. You can revoke NewZonix's access to a connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or WhatsApp Business account at any time from that platform's own account, app or business settings.

3. What account deletion removes

When your account is deleted, we delete:

  • your user accounts and sign-in sessions - existing sign-ins stop working immediately;
  • your profile, business profile and brand details;
  • your prompts, generated images and logos, and your website projects - published websites go offline;
  • reference images you uploaded;
  • the files stored for your account;
  • NewZonix's stored copies of your connected-platform access tokens and connection records, including your WhatsApp Business account connection;
  • your stored AI provider credential;
  • your publishing records and usage records.

If your account holds data that our current deletion process does not yet cover, we will tell you what could not yet be deleted when we respond to your request.

4. What may remain

There are currently no fixed retention periods or automatic deletion schedules. We keep your information while your account exists.

After your account is deleted, the following records may remain, pending a defined retention policy:

  • payment records;
  • subscription records;
  • audit records, including the record of the deletion itself;
  • an archived internal account record, which contains internal identifiers and account status but no profile or contact details;
  • records of which versions of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy were accepted, and when;
  • invitation records, which contain the email address an invitation was sent to.

5. Data held by other services

  • Content you published elsewhere (for example, a Facebook or LinkedIn post) is held by that platform. Deleting your NewZonix account does not remove it; delete it on that platform.
  • Platform authorizations. Deleting NewZonix's stored copy of a connection does not revoke the authorization you granted to NewZonix on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google. You may need to revoke it yourself in that platform's settings.
  • WhatsApp. When a WhatsApp Business account is connected through NewZonix's Meta onboarding, NewZonix's app is subscribed to that WhatsApp Business account at Meta. Deleting your NewZonix account does not remove that subscription or any access you granted at Meta; remove NewZonix's access in Meta's own business settings for that account.
  • Your AI provider. AI requests were sent under your own account with the AI provider whose credential you supplied (currently OpenAI). Any records that provider keeps are governed by your agreement with it, and we cannot delete them for you.
  • Razorpay keeps its own payment records under its own obligations and policies.

6. More information

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we hold and why. For any question about deletion, contact RDMD Engineers and Consultants at privacy@newzonix.com.
